Hot Souffle with Vanilla Sauce

This is cuddly dessert.The vanilla sauce increase taste.

Tips : Brush in some butter and icing powder onto the souffle cup to make loose easy.

Ingredients

Egg White 1 pc
Egg Yolk 1 pc
Milk 50 g
Sugar 1 tbsp
Icing Sugar some
BATTER
Flour 25 g
Butter 1.5 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven 200 C for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the four with butter for batter. Then,fringe.

Step 3

Beat the egg yolk with milk.

Step 4

Beat the egg white with sugar. Then. add in ingredient (2) and (3).

Step 5

Brush in some butter and icing powder onto the souffle cup. Then, pour in mixture and place in oven at 200 C for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with icing sugar. To serve.
