Japanese Lemon Cheese Cake

The cake filled with lemon and cheese odor. It is memorable.

Tips : 1. The cook time is not include refrigerate time.
2. Simply form is not need step 4.
3. If it like sour, you can take more lemon juice.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese 375 g
Sugar 40 g
Egg Yolk 2 pcs
Milk 70 g
Gelatine 10 g
Hot Water 100 g
Cream 200 g
Lemon Juice some
LEMON JUICE INGREDIENTS
Lemon(squeeze the juice) 3 pcs
Butter(Melted) 150 g
Sugar 250 g
Egg(beaten) 3 pcs
CAKE BASE INGREDIENT
Digestive Biscuit 120 g
Butter(melted) 70 g

Method

Step 1

Melt gelatine with hot water. Set aside.

Step 2

Mash the digestive biscuit and mix with melt butter. Then, put in the cake ring and refrigerate 40 minutes.

Step 3

Mix the cream cheese with sugar. Then slowly pour in milk, gelatine water and egg. Mix well and add in lemon juice and beaten egg. Put the whisked mixture underneath the hot water for 20 minutes. Cool down and put on top of the cake and fringe for another 1 hour. Garnish with fruit and ready to serve.
