Tips : Instant dashi powder can change dashi stock.
Ingredients
- Dashi stock 500ml
- Japanese Miso paste 3 tbsp
- Silken Tofu(small cubes) 300g
- Honshimeji mushroom 100g
- Spring Onion(diced) some
- Janpanese Naruto fish oll 1/2 pc
Method
Step 1
Wash and trim the Honshimeji mushroom, slice the fish roll, Use 100ml dashi stock to dissolve the miso paste, set aside.
Step 2
Put 400ml Dashi soup stock in a pot and bring to a boil, Add the Honshimeji mushroom and tofu for a few minutes with low heat. Add Miso mixture and stirring. Turn off heat, add fish roll and green spring onion. Serve.
