Tips: 1. When saute the mince pork, add some water to make soft.
2. When saute the pork 50% done, add pasta sauce to avoid over cook.
Ingredients
- Pork(minced) 100g
- Macaroni 200g
- Onion(diced) 1/4 pc
- Garlic(chopped) 1 tbsp
- Pasta Sauce 250ml
- Sweet Corn 4 tbsp
- MARINADE
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Oil some
- SEASONINGS
- Italian Mixed Herbs some
- Sugar some
Method
Step 1
Marinate the minced pork with marinade for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Boil hot water with some salt. Then put in the macaroni and poach for 8~10 minutes until done. Cool down in iced water and drain. Set aside.
Step 3
Saute the minced pork with oil until half done. Then, add in chopped onion and garlic paste.
Step 4
Add in pasta sauce and seasonings. Then, add sweet corn and mix well. To serve with the macaroni.
