Mango Pancake

The dessert is china hong kong style. It is creamy with mango fragrance.

Tips : 1. The pancake liquid add salt to increase taste.
2. The skin of pancake need cool down to avoid cream dissolve.
3. Before eat it, the  mango pancake refrigerate to increase taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour 60g
  • Sugar 25g
  • Egg(whisked) 1 pc
  • Salt some
  • Butter(melted) 1 tbsp
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Mango Juice 25ml
  • Vanilla Oil some
  • Cream some
  • Mango(seeded,peel) 1 pc

Method

Step 1

Sieve the flour and beat the egg, mix it with sugar and salt. Then, add in butter. milk and vanilla oil.

Step 2

Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Fry slowly to make the pancake.

Step 3

Cool down the pancake and place onto the dish. Then put on some mango meat and cream. Rollin it. Ready to serve.
