Tips : 1. Gelatin powder can replace gelatin.
2. Mango puree can self make that mango stir by blender.
Ingredients
- Boiled water 600ml
- Mango(puree) 200g
- Sugar 240g
- Gelatin 20g
- Evaporated Milk 120g
- Mango(diced) 1 pc
- Egg(beat) 64g
Method
Step 1
Soak gelatin in ice water.
Step 2
Heat water, put in sugar and bring to boil. Turn off fire. Then put in softened gelatin, mix well and cool down.
Step 3
After gelatin melt, add mango puree, evaporated milk and egg.
Step 4
Pour mixture into a mold. Then add in mango diced.
Step 5
Refrigerate an hour until set. Serve.
