Mushroom and Seaweed Soup

Tips : To remove the woody smells from mushroom, simply soak, rinse and parboil.
Ingredients
- Fresh Chinese Mushroom(sliced) 1 cup
- Freah Straw Mushroom(rinsed,split) 1 cup
- Gold Mushroom(remove root, soak) 1 small bundle
- Dried Seaweed(soaked) 2/3 cup
- Spring Onion(chopped) 2 tbsp
- Ginger 1 slice
- Egg(beaten) 1 pc
- Chicken Broth 2 cups
- Water 2 cups
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Seasame Oil 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Parboil straw mushroom, soak in water and drain well, Rinse Chinese mushroom, gold mushroom and seaweed, drain well and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil, saute the ginger, add chicken broth, water, salt sugar,white pepper powder and sesame oil.
Step 3
Add straw, chinese mushroom, golden mushroom and seaweed. Bring to boil.
Step 4
Stir in egg and sprinkle spring onion. Serve.
