Mushroom Chicken Broth

Tips : It can remove chicken skin to make low fat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 unit
  • Dried Black Mushroom 12 pc
  • Salt some
  • White pepper powder some
  • Water 2 lit
  • Spring Onion(chopped) some

Method

Step 1

Rinse, stalk and soak mushroom until softened. Reserve the mushroom water for later use.

Step 2

Rinse and chop chicken into large pieces. Scald it briefly to remove its raw smell. Drain.

Step 3

Put the mushroom, mushroom water and chicken into a pot. add in some water and bring it to boil. Turn off heat and season with salt and white pepper powder. Serve.
