Mushroom Risotto in Sabayon Sauce

Tips : If you do not like to eat harder rice, you can add more soup or white wine, cover by lid on the slow cooked to your favorite cooked.
Ingredients
- Italian Rice 2 cups
- Button Mushroom(sliced) 200 g
- Fresh Mushroom(sliced) 7~8 pcs
- Hsui Pseng Mushroom(sliced) 8~10 pcs
- Onion(shredded) 1/2 pc
- Chicken Broth 500 ml
- White Wine 1/2 cup
- Cream 200 ml
- Egg 3 pcs
- Butter 75 g
- Salt some
- Oil 1 tbsp
- White Pepper Powder some
Method
Step 1
Rinse and slice the fresh mushroom, button mushroom and hsui pseng mushroom. saute it with oil, salt and white pepper powder.
Step 2
Heat some butter to saute onion. Then, add in rice. Pour in chicken broth in several times. Slowly stir well and cook until the water absorbed. Then, pour in white wine until 70% done. Add cream and mushroom.
Step 3
Add in whisked egg and stir fry. Remove from heat. Add the butter and stir. Serve.
