Ingredients
- Mussel 500g
- Tomato Paste 1 Ts
- Tomatoes Pulp(non skin) 200g
- Chorizo(chopped) 50g
- Onion (Chopped) 3 Ts
- Coriander suitable
- Black Pepper(grind)suitable
- Garlic(copped) 2 Ts
- White wine 2 Ts
- Butter 20 g
- Water 4 Ts
Method
Step 1
Heating pot, add butter, fried garlic, onion and chorizo.
Step 2
Add mussel and then white wine. After alcohol is volatile, add tomatoes pulp, tomato paste and water to cook mussel sell open.
Step 3
Add black pepper and coriander, and then finish.
