Ingredients

  • Mussel 500g
  • Tomato Paste 1 Ts
  • Tomatoes Pulp(non skin) 200g
  • Chorizo(chopped) 50g
  • Onion (Chopped) 3 Ts
  • Coriander suitable
  • Black Pepper(grind)suitable
  • Garlic(copped) 2 Ts
  • White wine 2 Ts
  • Butter 20 g
  • Water 4 Ts

Method

Step 1

Heating pot, add butter, fried garlic, onion and chorizo.

Step 2

Add mussel and then white wine. After alcohol is volatile, add tomatoes pulp, tomato paste and water to cook mussel sell open.

Step 3

Add black pepper and coriander, and then finish.
