Ingredients
- Eggs(beat) 4 pc
- Japanese rice(cooked) 4 bowl
- Chicken Fillet(chopped) 2 pcs
- Onion(chopped) 1 pc
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder some
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Beat eggs, fry in thin sheets, put on the wrap then put into the bowl.
Step 2
Fry the onion until soft, add chicken, then add rice, ketchup, black pepper and salt, fry until done.
Step 3
Put the rice mixture into the egg sheets until full, wrap into ball shape then cut a cross on the top and serve with some ketchup. Serve.
