Ingredients

  • Onion(sliced) 2 unit
  • Beef Broth 1 Lit
  • Olive Oil 1 Ts
  • Flour 1 Ts
  • White Wine 50ml
  • Butter 1 Ts
  • Bay leaves 1 slice
  • Garlic butter bread 4 slice
  • salt suitable
  • Ground Pepper suitable

Method

Step 1

Heating butter and olive oil with middle fire. Add onion to soft and golden colour. And then all flour slowly.

Step 2

Pour in white wine. beef both and Bay leaves. Boiling with high fire. And then change to fine fire for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper and stirring,

Step 3

Pick up bay leaves, and then finish. Garlic butter bread with food.
