Ingredients
- Onion(sliced) 2 unit
- Beef Broth 1 Lit
- Olive Oil 1 Ts
- Flour 1 Ts
- White Wine 50ml
- Butter 1 Ts
- Bay leaves 1 slice
- Garlic butter bread 4 slice
- salt suitable
- Ground Pepper suitable
Method
Step 1
Heating butter and olive oil with middle fire. Add onion to soft and golden colour. And then all flour slowly.
Step 2
Pour in white wine. beef both and Bay leaves. Boiling with high fire. And then change to fine fire for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper and stirring,
Step 3
Pick up bay leaves, and then finish. Garlic butter bread with food.
