Tips : Before cooking, the rice soak in water for 2 hours. It make time-saving and not raw rice.
Ingredients
- Rice 1 cup
- Prawn 4 pc
- Mussel 4 pc
- Squid(piece) 160 g
- Fillet Fish(piece) 160 g
- Red Bell Pepper(diced) 1 pc
- Tomato(Peeled) 1 pc
- Green Pea 2 tbsps
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Saffron some
- Paprika some
- Seafood Broth 1 can
- Salt some
- Oil 2 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 C.
Step 2
Heat the oil in wok, saute garlic, green peas and red bell pepper.
Step 3
Add fillet fish and squid with over high heat until halfly done
Step 4
Add in rice, saffron, paprika and tomato, stir well. Season with some salt. Pour in seafood broth.
Step 5
Add prawn and mussel on top, cook with over high heat until sauce is thicken. Bake in oven 220 C for 8~10 minutes. Serve.
