Pan-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Onion

The taste is fragrance, The beef tenderloin is soft.

Ingredients

  • Beef Tenderloin 500 g
  • Onion(chopped) 1 pc
  • Carrot(chopped) 1 pc
  • Garlic(sliced) 5 pcs
  • Green Bell Pepped(chopped) 1 pc
  • Red Bell Pepper(chopped) 1 pc
  • Tomato(chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Tomato(paste) 1 tbsp
  • Beef Broth 1/3 cup
  • Red Wine 1 tbsp
  • Maggi Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse and absorb the water of the beef tenderloin and chopped. Then, marinate it with red wine, maggi sauce, cornstarch and white pepper powder.

Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp oil on pan-fry the beef until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 3

Heat another 1 tbsp oil to saute garlic and onion. Then add in carrot and tomato paste. Put back the beef and add in beef broth and cook until the sauce thicken. Serve.
