Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin 500 g
- Onion(chopped) 1 pc
- Carrot(chopped) 1 pc
- Garlic(sliced) 5 pcs
- Green Bell Pepped(chopped) 1 pc
- Red Bell Pepper(chopped) 1 pc
- Tomato(chopped) 1/2 cup
- Tomato(paste) 1 tbsp
- Beef Broth 1/3 cup
- Red Wine 1 tbsp
- Maggi Sauce 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse and absorb the water of the beef tenderloin and chopped. Then, marinate it with red wine, maggi sauce, cornstarch and white pepper powder.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil on pan-fry the beef until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Heat another 1 tbsp oil to saute garlic and onion. Then add in carrot and tomato paste. Put back the beef and add in beef broth and cook until the sauce thicken. Serve.
