Ingredients
- Pomfret 1 piece
- Mixed Canned Fruit(drain,chopped) 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse the pomfret and cut the head and tail. Cut the fish into pieces. Marinate it with salt for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the fruit with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Heat oil in the pan to pan-fry the fish until golden brown. Ready to serve with mixed fruit salad.
