The bottom of pizza is crisp. The ingredients is fresh.
Tips : The bottom heat is high for crisp of pizza.
Ingredients
- DOUGH
- Bread Flour 90 g
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Yeast 1/2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Warm Water 50 ml
- TOP
- Tomato Sauce 80 g
- Mozzarella Cheese 100 g
- Mushroom 20 g
- Vinegar Preserved Artichoke
- Olive 20 g
- Pineapple(fresh) 80 g
Method
Step 1
Mix the dough ingredients into a dough and proof for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 220 C for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Knead into a round shape. Pick holes. Brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 4
Brush with tomato sauce. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese. Then put on the other ingredients. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes.
