Pork Chop With Onion

Tips : 1. Tap each side of the pork chop with the back side of a knife for 8 to 10 times. It helps loosen up the meat texture.
2. After marinating them,lightly coat the pork chop in potato starch which can pick up excess moisture on the surface so that the pork chop are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

 

Ingredients

  • Pork Chop 1 pieces
  • Onion(thickly shredded) 1 unit
  • Shallot(remove skon) 2 unit
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/2 ts
  • White Pepper Powder 1/2 ts
  • Potato Starch 3 ts
  • Oil 1 Ts
  • Seasoning
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/3 ts
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1/3 ts
  • Potato Starch 1/2 ts
  • Water 2 Ts

Method

Step 1

Tap each side of the pork chop with the back side of a knife for 8 to 10 times.

Step 2

Light soy sauce and white pepper powder mix, Then pour it onto the pork chops. Mix well. Leave them for 1 hour.

Step 3

Lightly coat the pork chops in potato starch. Heat a wok and add oil, to fry the pork chops over medium heat until golden and done on both sides. Drain.

Step 4

Put in the onion and shallot, and then stir fry it over low heat until lightly caramelised. Add seasoning mix well and the pork chop to cook for 2 minutes with cover the lid.Serve.
