Ingredients
- Pumpkin(peel,skin,) 250g
- Milk 120
- Egg 2 pc
- Caster Sugar 20 g
Method
Step 1
Peel and pumpkin, steam until cooked and crush into puree.
Step 2
Mix egg, milk and caster sugar, until the caster sugar resolved and then blend pumpkin in, continue sieve twice, set aside.
Step 3
Place mixture to bake the creme brulee over a water baking tray for 25 minutes a 180C, until suface is golden brown. Leave to cool. Refrigerate and cut into pieces. Serve.
