Recipe by the pumpkin sauce, It enhance the taste and characteristics.
Tips: Adding flour slowly, it avoid caking.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 100g(chopped)
- Creamy milk 100ml
- Flour 2~3 ts
- Butter 2~3 ts
- Water 200ml
- Milk 50ml
- Salt some
- Sugar 1 ts
Method
Step 1
Boiled water and add pumpkin about 7 minutes.
Step 2
Pumpkin and water chopped by stirrer.
Step 3
Butter cook to liquid, turn off and add flour and mix until the paste shape, no caking is better.
Step 4
Pumpkin paste put in flour paste, stirring and boiled by high heat, and add salt and sugar.
Step 5
