Rhubarb White Peach Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • Rhubard 1 pc
  • White Peach 3 pc
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar some
  • Freah Cream some
  • COOKIE PIE INGREDIENT
  • Self Rsising Flour 3/4 cup
  • Oatmeal 1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter(room temp.) 150 g
  • Vanilla Essence some
  • Ground almond 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Mix the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and almond. Add in butter and vanilla essence to form dough. Set aside.

Step 2

Preheat the oven 200C for 15minutes. Peel the rhubarb and peach into cubes and mix with sugar and cornflour.

Step 3

Cover the fruit with the dough and bake 30 minutes until crispy. Serve with cream.
