Ingredients
- Rhubard 1 pc
- White Peach 3 pc
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Sugar some
- Freah Cream some
- COOKIE PIE INGREDIENT
- Self Rsising Flour 3/4 cup
- Oatmeal 1/2 cup
- Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
- Butter(room temp.) 150 g
- Vanilla Essence some
- Ground almond 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1
Mix the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and almond. Add in butter and vanilla essence to form dough. Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat the oven 200C for 15minutes. Peel the rhubarb and peach into cubes and mix with sugar and cornflour.
Step 3
Cover the fruit with the dough and bake 30 minutes until crispy. Serve with cream.
