Rice with Japanese Style Deep Fried Pork Chop

3. The order of deep fried pork chop is wheat flour > egg > bread crumb. The pork chop swat by knife back for soft.
Ingredients
- Japanese Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
- Pork Chop 2 pc
- Egg(whisked) 1 pc
- Onion 1/2 pc
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Wheat Flour some
- Bread Crumb some
- Egg(whisked) 2 pcs
- Spring Onion(chopped) some
- Oil suitable
- SEASONINGS
- Dashi Stock 50 ml
- Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mirin 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
The pork chop swat by knife back. Mix with salt, white pepper powder, wheat flour, 1 whisked egg and bread crumb. Then, deep fried until golden brown.
Step 2
Cut the pork chop, set aside. Shred the onion and 2 whisked egg.
Step 3
Mix the seasonings and cook until boiling point. Then, add in onions and cook until soft. Add in the pork chop. Pour in 2 whisked egg. Cover the wok. Put the pork chop and sauce onto the rice. Sprinkle with spring onion. Serve.
