Rice with Minced Beef and Egg

This is china hong kong style. 

Ingredients

  • Beef(minced) 240g
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 2 tsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water 6 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Rice(cooked) 1 bowl
  • SAUCE
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Water 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Prepare 1 bowl hot rice.

Step 2

Wash beef, pat dry and minced. Stir in seasoning with sugar,cornflour, light soy sauce 1tbsp, water 6 tbsp, oil and white pepper powder until well-mixed. Place in dish.Set aside for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Boiling water in the pot. When the water boiling, it steam minced beef for 5~7 minutes until done.

Step 4

Heat the ingredients of sauce, Remove from heat immediately after boiling.

Step 5

Put beef top of the rice. Then, put egg on top of the beef. Serve the rice with the sauce.
