The chicken dish is Taiwan style only. It is crispy and memorable.
Tips : The chicken fillet can change half of chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet 500g
- Yam Flour 2 lb
- Oil 700ml
- SEASONING
- Soy Sauce 3 tbsps
- Rice Wine 1 tbsp
- Scallion 1 stalk
- Ginger 2 slices
- Pepper Salt 4 tbsps
- Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Cut chicken fillet into cubes. Then, mix rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, scallion and ginger for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Dip chicken cubes in yam flour, coat evenly and squeeze with hand tightly to prevent flour from falling off.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok, deep-fry chicken until crispy and brown and remove.
Step 4
Sprinkle with pepper salt when it is hot, mix well and serve.
