Sauteed Beef with Cucumber

The beef is juice; The cucumber is crisp. This is simple chinese dish.
Tips : 1. The cucumber do not over cook, it can keep crisp.
2. It can add green, red bell pepper.
Ingredients
- Beef(sliced) 450 g
- cucumber(sliced) 300 g
- Garlic(chopped) 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- MARINADE
- Water 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1.5 tsp
- SAUCE
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 1/2 tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Method
Step 1
Marinate the beef with marinade for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Saute the garlic and cucumber. Then, put in the beef. Add in sauce ingredients. Ready to serve.
