Tips : It can change chicken middle wing
Ingredients
- Chicken Wing 4 pcs
- Dried Black Mushroom 6 pcs
- Ginger(slice) 3
- Spring Onion(sectioned) some
- Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Rice Wine 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Water 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse and drain chicken wings. Cut into pieces and blend with some salt, white pepper powder and rice wine. Marinate for a while
Step 2
Rinse and soak dried mushroom until softened. Cut into thin slices.
Step 3
Heating oil in the wok, saute ginger and then put in the chicken wings. Add in the mushroom slices and pour in dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, white pepper powder and wine. Add water, spring onion and cook until the moisture dried out with cover. Dish up and serve.
