Ingredients
- Mussels 800g
- Bacon(chopped) 5 slices
- Ginger(grated) 1 tsp
- Garlic(chopped and deep-fry) 2 tbsp
- Leek(chopped) 1 stalk
- Spring Onion(chopped) 2 stalk
- Red Chili(chopped) 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Shaoxing Wine 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Rinse, scald and rinse mussels under cold running water. Drain well and add salt, white pepper powder and shaoxing wine in seasonings.
Step 2
Heating oil in the wok, saute the bacon. Put in ginger, leek, spring onion, red chili and the mussels, saute well. Dish up. Garlic of deep-fry onto the mussels. Serve.
