Ingredients
- Rieye of Beef(shredded) 300 g
- Green Ball Pepper(shredded) 1 pc
- Red Ball Pepper(shredded) 1 pc
- Garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- MARINADE
- Cornflour some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Light Soy Sauce 1.5 tsp
Method
Step 1
Shred ribeye of beef into shreds and blend it with light soy sauce, white pepper powder, cornflour.
Step 2
Rinse and shred leek. Deseed, rinse and shred green ball pepper and red ball pepper.
Step 3
Heating 1 tbsp oil, saute the garlic,leek, green ball pepper and red ball pepper. Then put in the shredded beef. Disk up and serve.
