Sauteed Sweet Potato with Butter

Tips : It can use general sweet potato
Ingredients
- Japanese Sweet Potato 300 g
- Butter 1.5 tbsps
- Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
- Japanese Chili Powder some
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Boiled Water 2 tbsps
Method
Step 1
Wash the sweet potato skin. Cut it into pieces and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
heat the butter and pour in vegetable oil. then, put in the sweet potato. Turn the heat to middle . Add in 2 tbsp of water and cook the sweet potato until it is done. Then add in soy sauce and stir fry. Put the sweet potato on the plate and sprinkle with japanese chili powder on top. Serve.
