Singaporean Chili Crab

The crab meat is fresh. Taste and hot is rich.

Tips : Egg can not be cooked too long to keep soft.

Ingredients

  • Meat Crab 1 pc
  • Chili(paste) 4 tbsp
  • Egg(whisked) 2 pc
  • Broth 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse the crab and chop into pieces. Set aside.

Step 2

Heating oil in the wok. Then, pour in the crab until the shell is red. Pour in broth until done. Add in chili paste, salt, sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Turn off. Add and stir egg. Serve.
