To boil egg method is very popular
Tips : Egg soak in hot water to avoid break eggshell.
If it control the soft level of egg, you adjust the time of boil egg.
Ingredients
- Egg 1 unit
- Salt 1ts
- Water over egg level
- Ice water over egg level
Method
Step 1
Boiled water by high heat
Step 2
Add salt and put in egg
Step 3
Change middle heat and boil for 4 minutes
Step 4
Put in ice water for 10 minutes
Step 5
Remove eggshell and finish
