Soup with Ox Tail and Carrot

Tips : Ox Tail poach in water to avoid smell.

Ingredients

Carrot(medium size) 3 pc
Ox Tail(cut into pieces) 600 g
Onion(chopped) 1 pc
Tomato(cut into pieces) 4 pc
Water 4 litre
Salt some
indonesian Chili Sauce 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse the carrot, onion and tomato. Then, cut into pieces. Rinse the ox tail and cut into pieces. Poach in water. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Bring the water to boil. Then, add in all ingredients and turn to high heat to boil for 30 minutes. Then, turn to medium low heat and boil for another one and a half hour. Add salt to taste. Serve.
