Spaghetti with Bolognese

The meat sauce is tradition and delicious.
Ingredients
- Pasta(cooked) 400g
- Mushrooms(sliced) 1/4 pound
- Beef(minced) 1 pound
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Onion(finely diced) 1 pc
- Garlic(finely diced) 1pc
- Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
- Oregano herb(chopped) 3 tbsp
- Tomato(remove skin) 4 pc
- Parmesan Cheese some
- Salt some
Method
Step 1
Heating oil on the wok, saute onion and garlic.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms, saute it with high heat for 4 minutes, then add beef and saute till it turn lightly brown.
Step 3
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, oregano, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add pasta to bolognese sauce and saute for 1~2 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese . Serve.
