Spaghetti with Mini Meatballs

There are two kinds of meat, The taste is multi-level.

2. Tomato sauce need fried.

Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion(minced) 1/4 pc
  • Garlic(minced) 1 clove
  • Pork(minced) 75 g
  • Beef(minced) 75 g
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Parmesan cheese(grated) 1/4 cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1/8 cup
  • Oregano(dried) 1/2 tsp
  • Spaghetti 1/4 lb
  • Tomato Sauce 1 can
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Salt some

Method

Step 1

Heat 2 tsp Oil with medium heat. Add onion and garlic, saute for 3~5 minutes until soft. Set aside.

Step 2

Pork and beef in a large bowl. Mix fried onion and garlic. Then, mix egg, cheese and breadcrumbs. Stir to combine. Then, season with salt, white pepper powder and oregano and mix well.

Step 3

Roll the ground meat mixture into mini golf ball sized meatballs.Place on a baking sheet covered with breadcrumbs and roll.

Step 4

Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Add meatballs and brown on all sides, 3 ~5 minutes. Add tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and add cooked spaghetti to the meatball mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve.
