Ingredients
- Spaghetti(cooked) 100g
- Lemon grass(chopped) 1 stalk
- Lime leaves(chopped) 2 piece
- White mushrooms(quartered) 4 pc
- Tomato(quartered) 1 pc
- Shrimps(Blanched) 6 pc
- Chicken Broth 1/4 cup
- Whipping Cream 3 Ts
- Sugar 1/2 Ts
- Chili Powder 1/2 ts
- Lemon juice 1/2 Ts
- Parmesan Cheese few
- Salt few
- Olive Oil 1 Ts
- Parsley few
Method
Step 1
Heating the olive oil on the pot with middle-low fire. Add lemongrass,lime leaves, mushrooms and tomato. Simmer for 2~3 minutes.
Step 2
Add chicken broth and cook for 1 minute. Add the whipping cream, sugar, chili powder and lemon juice. Stir and simmer.
Step 3
Add the cooked spaghetti and shrimp, Then add parmesan cheese. Serve with parsley.
