Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

The tart is rich taste.

Ingredients

Ready-made tartcrust(big) 1 pc
Egg(beaten) 3 pcs
Butter 60 g
Spinach 1/2 tin
Mushroom(sliced) 2/3 tin
Corn 1/2 tin
Whipping cream 1/2 pack
Chese Powder some
Salt 1 tsp
White Papper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven 160 C.

Step 2

Drain the spinach and mushroom, place into the tartcrust.

Step 3

Beat the eggs, mix together with whipping cream, butter, salt and white pepper powder, pour into the tartcrust.

Step 4

Add some cheese powder on the top, then bake for 20~25 minutes until done. Serve hot.
