Steamed Egg with Fresh Scallop and Asparagus

The ingredients of steamed egg is fresh and special. 

Tips : 1. Sieve the beaten egg to make soft.
2. When steam egg, it cover by wrap to make smooth surfact.

Ingredients

  • Scallops(shelled,fresh,chopped) 6 pcs
  • Asparagus(sliced) 1/2 cup
  • Egg(whisked) 4 pc
  • Broth 1/3 cup
  • SEASONINGS
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Sesame Oil some

Method

Step 1

Rinse and wipe dry scallop.

Step 2

Beat eggs and add in scallops, slices asparagus and seasonings.

Step 3

Cover with microwave wrap and press steam menu pad. Serve hot
