Stuffed Squid Fried Rice

The dish of rice is thai style and funny.
Ingredients
- Fresh Squid 2 pcs
- Rice(cooked) 1 cup
- Onion(diced) 1/4 pc
- Red Chili 1/2 piece
- Garlic(minced) 1 tsp
- Scallop 20g
- Oil some
- Toothpick 4 stick
- SEASONING A
- Sugar 2 tsps
- Fish Sauce 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- White Pepper powder 1 tsp
- SEASONINGS B
- Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Garlic(diced) 1 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Step 2
Wash and remove the seeds in red chili. Wash and drain scallops,cut into cubes. Cut onion into cubes.
Step 3
Fry minced garlic, add red chili, onion, scallops, and continue to stir for a while. Put in pearl rice and seasoning A, fry again. Remove from heat,set aside to cool.
Step 4
Stuff fried rice into into the squid and sealed with toothpicks.
Step 5
Brush Seasoning B onto the squid and bake it for 25 minutes. Slice to serve.
