Sweet and Sour Chicken Pieces

The dish is with sour and sweet. This is quite popular in chinese style.
Tips : 1. The sweet and sour level of sauce can adjust.
2. The pineapple back into the dish finally. If it cook too long, the taste will change.
Ingredients
- Chicken Meat 150 g
- Green Ball Pepper(diced) 1/2 pc
- Pineapple(canned, cut into pieces) 1 ring
- Garlic 1 piece
- Onion(cut into piece) 1/4 pc
- Cornstarch Water some
- Oil(deep fried) 500ml
- Oil 1 tbsp
- MARINADE
- Wine 2 tsp
- Cornstarch some
- Ginger Juice 2 tsp
- SAUCE
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- White Vinegar 1.5 tbsp
- Tomato Paste 1/2 tbsp
- Broth 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1
Remove the skin from the chicken. Wash and absorb the water. Each cut into 1 cm large piece. Then, marinate with marinade for 30 minutes. Deep-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil. Saute the garlic, onion and green bell pepper. Then, add in the mixed sauce ingredients and cook for 1 minutes. Then, thicken the sauce with corn starch water. Put the chicken and pineapple back into the wok. Stir-fry and ready to serve.
