The dish is spicy and stimulate.

Tips : 1. Deep Fried don’t need high heat, otherwise, the chicken wing is golden but not done.
2. If deep fried change fried, the flour change 1 tsp.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Middle Wing 6 pcs
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic (minced) 1/4 tsp
  • Tabasco personal preferences
  • Oil 700ml

Method

Step 1

Defrost and rinse the chicken wing.

Step 2

Marinade the chicken wing with chicken powder, sugar, salt, garlic and light soy sauce for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat the oil to 190 C in the wok. Mix chicken wing with flour and tabasco. Put it in the wok to deep fried. Then, turn to middle heat or low heat until done and golden brown. Set aside.

Step 4

Flow down the oil. Put chicken wing in the wok, add the Tabasco, and stir it. Dried. Serve.
