Ingredients
- Prawns(shell,wash, pat dry) 4
- Sweet Potato 4 slices
- Green Peepper 4 pcs
- Eggplant 4 slices
- Tempura Flour 4 oz
- Egg Yolk 1/2 tbsp
- Water 3/4 cup
- SERVING SAUCE
- Bonito Power 1/2 tbsp
- Boiled Water 1/4 cup
- Japanese Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Mirin 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Mix tempura flour with egg yolk and water, Stir into a batter.
Step 2
Heat oil at 180 C. Dip sweet potato, green pepper, eggplant and prawns in the batter reapectively. Fry in the oil until golden. remove and drain.
Step 3
Mix bonito power, boiled water, japanese soy sauce and mirin for the serving sauce together.
Step 4
Dish up and serve with the sauce.
