The cake is soft with chocolate. Taste is rich with walnut and cherry.
Tips: 1. It can use other fruit and nut.
2. After the cake place in oven, it is not near heat wire. Otherwise, the cake is over cook easy.
Ingredients
- Egg White 6 pc
- Caster Sugar 150g
- Milk Chocolate(melted) 150g
- Plain Flour 35g
- Cherry(pitted) 200g
- Walnut(chopped) 60g
- GARNISH
- Cream some
- Cocoa Powder some
- Chocolate some
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Take out an 23 cm diameter oven tray.
Step 2
Put the egg white into a big bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Then, add in sugar and whisk until glossy.
Step 3
Add in chocolate sauce, sieved flour, cherries and chopped walnut. Then, put in the heat and leaving torte the aside and cool down completely.
Step 4
Take the torte and fringe. Slice the torte and serve with pouring chocolate sauce, cream and cocoa powder.
