The dish is Taiwan style. The taste is rich. It is match with rice.
Ingredients
- Chicken 1/2 unit
- Ginger(sliced) 6 sheet
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Spring Onion(section) 1
- Red Chilie 3 pc
- Thai Basil some
- Oil 3 tbsps
- SEASONINGS
- Rice Wine 1/4 cup
- Taiwanese Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
- Sesame Oil 1/4 cup
- Rock Sugar some
Method
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces. Sliced the ginger and garlic. Sectioned the spring onion. Diced the red chilies.
Step 2
Heat oil in the wok. Add the ginger, garlic, spring onion and red chilies and fry until fragrant. Add the chicken and brown well.
Step 3
Mix the wine, soy sauce and sesame oil. Boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rock sugar to taste and cook until dissolve. Add the Thai basil. Cover for a while. Serve.
