The pizza is crispy and light.
Tips: Because the ingredients is done easy, so the bottom of pizza oven for 5 minutes first. Then, add other ingredients.
Ingredients
- All-purpose Flour 100g
- Onion(shredded) 1/4 pc
- Green Bell Peepper(shredded) 1/2 pc
- Red Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/2pc
- Cherry Tomatoes 2 tbsp
- Corn Kernels 2 tbsps
- Tomato Paste Sauce 4 tbsps
- Mozzarella Cheese(grated) 3 tbsps
- Water some
- SEASONINGS
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oliver Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230 C.
Step 2
Place the flour in a large bowl, then make a well in it.
Step 3
Add the salt, olive oil and enough water to form a soft dough that is not sticky in touch.
Step 4
Knead well & let the dough rest for 1 hour. Press the dough into pizza with your fingers.
Step 5
Grease the baking pan with some olive oil then put the pizza in it. Scatter the ingredients evenly on pizza then bake inside the oven for 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
