Ingredients
- Pork(minced) 100g
- Cabbage 1/4 pc
- Lettuce leaves 2 pieces
- Green Basil leaves 5 pieces
- Coriander 1 stalk
- Mint leaves some
- Peanut(chopped) 1 tbsp
- Salt some
- Black Pepper Powder some
- Garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- Bean Sauce 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- water 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in the wok, saute pork well and add in salt and sugar, set aside.
Step 2
Rinse lettuce,cabbage and green basil leaves, cut them into small sections, blanch them with some oil and salt, drain and set aside,
Step 3
Rinse and to pluck coriander and mint leaves.
Step 4
Mix the cabbage, lettuce and green basil leaves and pork. Put on the coriander and mint leaves.
Step 5
Mix and cook with the garlic, bean sauce, sugar vinegar water and leave it to cool.
Step 6
Pour the sauce onto the dish and sprinkle with chopped peanut. Mix well when serve.
