Vietnamese Prawn Rice-paper Roll

Tips : The rice paper can use wet cloth cover it to make soft.
Ingredients
- Large Head Prawn 2 pcs
- Vietnamese Rice-Paper 2 pcs
- Carrot(shredded) 20 g
- Cucumber(shredded) 20 g
- Egg sheet(shredded) 20 g
- Kunnyaku(shredded) 2 bunch
- Lettuce 2 slices
- LIME VINEGAR SAUCE
- Lime juice 20 g
- Fish Gravy 20 g
- Sugar 20 g
- White Vinegar 1.5 tsp
- Chilli(diced) some
Method
Step 1
Poach the prawn. Remove the shell but keep the tail. Cut the back of the prawn to make it into 2 pieces.
Step 2
Sprinkle some water onto the rice paper. Then, put the shredded cucumber,carrot and egg skin.
Step 3
Tear off the kunnyaku shredded and put it onto the rice paper. Put the prawn on top but keep the tail out from the rice paper. Pour on some sauce. Roll and cut into pieces. Place on dish. To serve with lime vinegar sauce.
