Warm White Chocolate Zabaglione

Tips : If you unlike sweet, it can not add sugar.

Ingredients

  • White Chocolate(chopped) 125 g
  • Marsala 125 ml
  • Egg Yolk 4 pc
  • Caster Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cookies(minced) some

Method

Step 1

Whisk the egg yolk and add in sugar and whisk until creamy.

Step 2

Add in chopped white chocolate and Marsala. Then mix well. Whisk the chocolate with hot water underneath for 5 minutes until melt. Pour in the glass and serve warm with cookies.
