Ingredients
- Dark Sugar 100g
- Whole Wheat Flour 125g
- Soda Powder 1/4 tsp
- Soft Butter 100g
- Cranberry(dried) 50g
- Walnut(chopped) 50g
- Salt some
- Vanilla Essence some
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Step 2
Whisk the butter with dark sugar and vanilla essence. Then, add in egg and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Mix the flour with salt and soda powder. Then, sieve.
Step 4
Add the flour into the butter mixture and mix well. Then, add in dried cranberry and walnut.
Step 5
Warp the oven tray with baking paper. Use 2 tbsp mixture as 1 portion. Press slightly. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
