Worcestershire Sauce Chicken Wings

This is fusion dish especially.

Tips : 1. Shaoxing wine can change white wine.
2. Rock sugar can change sugar.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Middle Wing 10 pcs
  • Ginger(sliced) 3 sheet
  • Scallion(sliced) 1 pc
  • Rock Sugar 10 g
  • Atar Anises 2 pcs
  • Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsps
  • MARINADE
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1.5 tbsps
  • Salt 1.5 tbsps
  • SEASONING
  • Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsps
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Defrost chicken wings, rinse and wipe dry. Add the marinades, stir well and set aside for 20~30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 3 tbsp oil to saute ginger, scallion, star anise and rock sugar. Put in chicken wing to stir- fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Add in shaoxing wine and seasoning. Stir well and stew for a while. Stir-fry the chicken wing over high heat until fully cooked and the sauce is thickened. Serve.
